Chief People expert, Shae Crawford, and her team of specialized professionals have spent decades witnessing the misinterpretation of the HR function. Lack of organizational alignment and collaboration with this critical function, has given birth and inspiration to Human Capital Perspective. We are excited to partner with you and your team.
Shae began her career serving in the United States Army as an administrative and Human Capital Specialist. She served the majority of her Active duty time in the Middle East in support of the Iraq war. Following her time in the Army, Shae pursued a rewarding career as an HR professional in the Federal Contracting industry, where she learned and practiced the discipline of HR compliance. Adding to her federal contracting background, Shae has tackled international assignments that have stretched across all 7 continents, built teams that supported over 14,000 employees at a time, and assisted the management of contracts valued in excess of $350M. The most important qualification, however, is Shae’s ability to interpret and motivate human behavior, yielding highly engaged and productive human resources.
